QUICKmed Urgent Care

Staff was nice. The nurse practitioner was just too quick and didn’t explain what she was giving me, how it worked or why i was taking it exactly. Just, “I’m going to prescribe X” and just left. The staff had to explain everything and play quality control

Made an appointment for a urine drug screen for 9am there were 3 other people with appointments at 9 am. I didn't use the restroom before I went. At 9:30am I asked how long it would be because I had to go to the bathroom. They said everyone else had appointments too.... the kicker they had 3 women sitting at the desk and the had Dunkin delivered before ANYONE was seen. They didn't call me back till 10 am. Would never ever go back there. I went because it was the closest to my house I would rather drive an hour than go somewhere where you're not treated like an inconvenience. Complete and utter lack of caring and the audacity to order food when there is a waiting room full of people.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and you can see they actually care. Was in and out in less than hour and received an exam, a referral to a specialist, and a prescription. Thank you for what you do!

First time ever I visited QuickMed. I usually go to St. Joe lab for blood work, but this particular day St. Joe was on blast.!! Standing room only so QuickMed it was the ticket. I'm a hard stick & I was worried about that. A NP named Brown took my blood from my hand without a hitch. She is very good at taking blood. The only issue is the wait for results.

I feel like I was rushed a bit. I know it was busy, but no tests were done for influenza, Coviid, RSV, or anything. The nurse practitioner only listened to my lungs, and looked in my ears and throat. During this time of year, I would expect basic testing to be done.
