The staff are literally so sweet and amazing. They are so welcoming. And I love that Dr Gwen tells you how it is and doesn’t sugar coat things. It took me 5 years to find a dentist that I loved and I have found it here with this amazing team. I finally have a smile I can be proud of

I enjoy going to the dentist for the first time in my life. I am so serious! The girls up front are so friendly I am always greeted with kindness and love when I come. Dr Gwen is the BOMB.COM, she understood my fears and hesitation's and she talked with me and was super gentle and quick at the same time, makes appointments less stressful . Complete Dental Care in Warren ohio is the BEST! I have refereed several family members and friends about them and happy to say everyone of them love the place as much as I do. kudos complete dental !!!

Many times you get the bare minimum when you have Medicaid. At complete dental I was treated with patience I didn’t feel like I was treated less than. The service was impeccable the staff was courteous , detailed n made you feel like you was getting top grade service. The dentist was gentle while explaining the procedure step by step she went the extra mile. What’s even better is when I went to Lloyd McCoy I was told I didn’t heed a root canal, which I did and they found everything that was wrong to make it right. They even tested me for gum disease I feel this facility on a scale of 1-10 is a20

Went in today, where I was shockingly informed by reception that the dental staff has me listed as a patient they cannot book any appointments for (that was their retaliation towards me for temporarily denying a crown). Reception is really nice but the dentist, very rude!

Would only go here if it is the last option for you! I got a bad feeling about this place from the beginning. First they changed my appointment time on me without telling me. They changed it cause they changed their hours. Didn't tell me till a week before my appt and then I couldn't make it. Then I go to my new appt and they wouldn't treat me. Said my gums were bleeding too much and to go home and brush for 2 weeks and come back for 2 deep cleans. Wouldn't give me the mouthwash that they talked about cause they said the dentist doesn't think I need it yet. But oh brushing will fix everything in 2 weeks. Im canceling the 2 appts and going somewhere else. Hygienist argued with me. Certainly not a way to treat customers.
