Great office. The staff is super nice and helpful. Dr. Ballister is great. He takes the time to hear your concerns. Kathy (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) is so wonderful. Very caring and is very easy to talk to. The Nurse Beth is very caring and also a great listener. Doesn’t rush you along. I feel very comfortable with her. My only complaint is that since they were bought by someone, they are not doing blood draws in the office anymore. I hate having to go to a different lab for bloodwork.

It has always been a nice experience with Trumbull Family Medicine. Your appointment is always started on time and ends in due time. If there are any issues they are addressed with concerns as a patient. A problem is addressed with a solution that I can live with. I feel very safe and comfortable while I'm there. I feel great when I leave knowing I'll feel better in a fairly good time. Thank you always!

Great Doctor and staff! Saw Dr. Ballester for a specific health concern and while checking me over, without my even saying anything, the Doc also treated me for my poison ivy rash. I’m not used to physicians going above and beyond like that. I’d highly recommend Dr. Ballester to anyone looking for a thorough physician!

Dr. Ballester is truly an amazing physician! He will bend over backwards for you as long as you can prove to him that you are not untrustworthy. Cathy, his wife works the front desk and is amazing at her job as well. She is a sweetheart and again will do everything in her power to take excellent care of you! Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr. Ballester, all feel like family to me and that means the everything in a world where many physicians just don’t seem to get it, or they don’t seem to care. I’d give ten stars if I could!

The staff is great, they take care of everything for you. They are always on time, the most I have ever had to wait was 10 minutes. The doctor listetons to you and doesn't rush you. He explains everything to you so you can understand. I just had moved and was really worried I wouldn't be able to find a good doctor, I was blessed to find him.
