Community-GoHealth Urgent Care

The MedCheck was always great at this location. However, this was my first experience with GoHealth, and it really changed. We had to wait almost an hour for an appointment time that we made online. Plus, no instructions for the prescription we needed to get were sent to the pharmacy, which caused a delay, and the pharmacy called but received no response from Go-Health. In order to get my prescription, my husband had to physically go back into GoHealth. The doctor was great, once we got in to see him. But the lack of staying on time and proper communication with the pharmacy is something to consider.

This location far surpassed my expectations! The girl at the front desk was super friendly when I arrived. I had an appointment at 1:20 on a Sunday and had a small wait after I checked in (I probably should've shown up early but life happens and I got there right on time). Fast forward to the actual "exam" and I couldn't have hoped for a better physician. Dr. Archual should train every new MD on patient care, empathy, holistic/whole-body knowledge, and informed consent. He addressed my concerns thoroughly with care and offered multiple avenues to healing both with medicine and at home remedies. He never made me feel like a number or like he was rushing, he consistently asked if I had any questions or other concerns and when I did, he answered them with the same care as when he walked into

This location used to be a reliable MedCheck, but since switching to an urgent care it has gone completely downhill. I scheduled an appointment for 2:47 on a Sunday and arrived 15 minutes early to check in. After sitting for over an hour past my scheduled time, I asked how many people were ahead of me. I was told there were four, but they couldn’t give any estimate on timing — only that it would likely be another hour or more. At that point I had already waited an hour for an appointment I scheduled in advance, so I ended up leaving. There’s no point in offering appointment times if they aren’t honored. The lack of communication and organization is extremely disappointing, especially compared to how this place used to operate.

I was very impressed with 2 people. Dr Gina Diantonio-Swartzel - she was extremely knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis in terms that were easy to understand. And my nurse, Faith. She was terrific. I knew she had a lot of patients and was very busy, yet she never rushed with me and took excellent care of me. Thank you.

They really put the urgent in Urgent Care. Walked-in with 2 toddlers. Was told the wait would be about an hour, you can wait inside or in your car. Went to the car, and after and hour I came inside to check about how much longer. They had an "emergency", I still have 4 people ahead. Could be another hour. Thanks for letting me know I shouldn't leave the parking lot because they can call me to come in and don't want me to be away. Gotta love customer service!
