Comfort Dental - Converse

I had an issue that was resolved by Dr Ryan and his staff. When I first arrived here in San Antonio about 21 years ago I asked a co worker to recommend a dentist, without hesitation she said Comfort Dental. I love how the entire staff greets you when you first walk into the clinic. They make the visit a very pleasing and comfortable time while you are being attended to. When ask whom would I recommend, there’s no doubt that my first response is going to be Comfort Dental.

The staff was genuine and helpful. I felt like a patient should feel when their issues are being addressed and acknowledged. The time and attention to the treatment plan was very professional and instrumental in helping me make some important decisions with my dental care plan. I am so grateful for this dental office! My daughter had cried herself to sleep the night before we came here because of a painful tooth. I called the office right when they opened at 7:30am and they were able to squeeze her in same day. She ended up needing a procedure, that they took care of, even though they close early on Saturday’s and were already busy with other patients. Very smooth, pleasant & COMFORTable experience!

This is really only for my visit on 20 January other times I have been to comfort dental It has been a great experience. I was seen by two prior male doctors, which I see are gone now maybe. However, the lady doctor they have In there now while she knows her dental work and is a good dentist, Her bedside manners, presented her to be rude. She was also very heavy-handed. I felt a bit, jerked around during my appointment. Although I know it’s not easy for the tools to smoothly go into your mouth without hitting your teeth or anything like that, but the majority of dentist I’ve been to definitely try to be more gentle. It felt like she didnt even want to try to be gentle, just get the job done. one time the needle on the drill hit my gum. When I said ouch, she just numbed me up more, didn’t

I have been using Comfort Dental for a while now. Unfortunately, I had a small dental emergency and was concerned because my dentist had left the practice. Luckily there was no reason to worry. I called and Alexis was so friendly and was able to get me in within 24hrs to see Dr. Taylor. I am so thankful for both of them working me in and taking care of the issue before it got worse.
