CareNow Urgent Care - Converse

Definitely one of the best med clinic experiences I’ve ever had. I was able to check in online and didn’t have a long wait time at all. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Debbie is such a great nurse, she made me feel very comfortable when I came in feeling absolutely awful. I’m always afraid of the type of service I will get from a walk in med clinic but this team exceeded my expectations. I’m happy to know I have a place like this to come to when I need, and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Justine!!! You are amazing! Better advice today than I have gotten at my doctor. I love this clinic. I always start here if I have an issue even before I go to my doctor because they are so quick and efficient. I appreciate a place that values their patients and has a high quality of service. I have never been here and not had my issue addressed. Thank you guys!

The staff is kind, patient, and helpful. The Dr. ordered extra x-rays to make sure he didn’t miss anything. This is my 3rd visit with them and every time we have had fast and efficient service.

We chose CareNow because they take Medicare and this location was very close to our house. We took my husband in with flu symptoms on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to complete the registration process online from home and only waited a couple of minutes before they called him back. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were there probably less than 30 minutes before he had a diagnosis and could go home. Definitely recommend this Converse location!

Debbie, techician and Theresa, X-Ray tech were extremely pleasant and very helpful. NP Romeo was very attentive and professional. The only unpleasant experience was with the Hispanic young lady at the front desk. She was not very welcoming at all. Didn't get her name because she just was not approachable at all. Otherwise, great job everyone else.
