We initially chose this office just for the convenience, but the experience turned out to be so much more. From the second we walked in, the front desk team made us feel right at home, even patiently helping us navigate the online forms. I worked in retail for 13 years and I can truly appreciate the genuine and caring women who work at Autumn heights. I highly recommend Alamo heights dental. The whole firm is very friendly very knowledgeable and make you feel like you're the only patient of the day even though they are very busy. I'm recommending them to all my family and I would recommend them to anyone. They're very easy to get to it's very clean well-kept play it took care of my problem in no time and even while I was there every single one of the people even the ones that were not included into what I was having done but the other ones too would say hello or ask if you were all right and if there was anything that they could do. I can't say enough that they are very wonderful people there.

Making an appointment was easy and they had availability within 2 weeks. Front desk answered all my questions, hygienist was kind, and other staff were personable and patient. Didn’t force procedures and really informed me of my options. Clean environment. Will continue care here even though it’s a long drive for me.
