Comfort Dental Braces - San Antonio

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Comfort Dental Braces. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Patricia Chien is truly outstanding. She is personable, attentive, and deeply caring, and her knowledge and expertise are remarkable. She transformed my severely crooked teeth into something truly beautiful, and I will be forever grateful for her skill and dedication. The entire team is incredible. The back-office assistants, Julie and Albert, are absolutely fabulous- always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their pride in their work shows at every visit. Front desk ladies are always so friendly, especially Favi. Dr. Chein does an excellent job communicating what needs to occur and how long it will take. I’ve had three kids go through Comfort Orthodontist and I’ve been pleased with all of them!

I highly recommend this location! The staff is awesome! They're always sweet & willing to help me by answering any questions I have in a timely manner. I promise you won't regret it. I also just witnessed a staff member disinfecting the toy area. That's a plus! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.🙂

I come here for all of my dental needs. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful. I like the hours and that they're open on the weekends. Typically the evenings and weekends are booked for a month or more out. So be warned. They always give the pros and cons of each option and give you a choice rather than just tell you what they're going to do. They scheduled me in suddenly one time when a temporary crown came off. I didn't give 5 stars because I am almost never seen at the scheduled time. Always, waiting 30-45 mins + before I'm taken to the back for my appointments.

Everyone at this office is amazing!! My daughter and I love them all! Starting from the front office staff always being so welcoming to the assistants helping us the whole way and most of all the doctor! Always making us feel like family. Never was too busy to ask us how we were doing. I wish them all continued success, peace and joy because that’s exactly what they brought us. Much love and respect to all!
