Consistently good service in the emergency room here. My most recent visit to this emergency room was in February 2026. Ashley, Korin, Makayla, and all the staff there were outstanding.

I called to talk to the ED psych department (emergency). My son was being brought in, and I needed to speak to the clinician. I called the first time in spoke directly to 1 of the clinicians.And said that I would call back if that was okay and she said that would be fine. I called back and in the ER again and the nurse manager would not let me talk to anyone. She asked me who I was, and what patient I was calling for which in the psych. E d it would be a hippa violation and not her department. She was very rude and would not put me through and hung up on me. I am filing a complainton her in patient relations.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The nurses and entire surgical team before ( Dr. Louis Digiovanni) , during, and after my surgery were exceptional. I stayed overnight, and the nurses on the third floor were incredibly attentive and compassionate, especially during the overnight shift. I’m very grateful for the outstanding care I received.

I went there for outpatient surgery with Dr. Marici. The nurses were great and Dr. Marici and his staff did a wonderful job. I got to hospital at 8 and surgery didn’t begin until 12:45pm so prepare for long wait, at least with him. Go to 3RD floor. The woman who called day before said 1st and we walking all over the place and no clear signs. Staff and visitors helpful in helping locate. Room warm for me, cold for others. I’ve seen scarves thicker than blanket so bring own. They give you a locker. Bring own bag if you want to store clothes. Bathroom with toilet is very tiny, not suitable for large person. Sink is in room. My husband left shortly while I was waiting in the room. There is a monitor with your own assigned number that states your in surgery. DON’T pay attention to

Came on early monday morning with pain, was told after 4 hours I had to have my gallbladder removed, scheduled for yesterday at 2 pm and was admitted a few hours later. No food no nothing, did not get my surgery h til almost 4 pm, at that point had not eaten since Sunday dinner. Go to procedure, woke up in excruciating pain, which I figured was obviously having an organ ripped, yes ripped from an incision on my belly button, no antibiotics were given post treatment, pain continued to worse, and I was crying. The overnight nurse and evening nurse were amazing. That’s as far as the good faith went. Nurse this morning came in, asked me why I was acting this way (crying) and that it was my fault my blood pressure was rising and that I needed to get myself figured out. Mind you my blood pressur
