This place is horrible 😞 I get being understaffed, but the staff that’s there isn’t friendly whatsoever. The nurse comes in, sticks her patients with whatever shots, and leaves, after showing no compassion whatsoever. It is DISGUSTING. My family member is often left with a dirty face and hands, as well as in dirty clothes and dirty bedding. They do not clean, it smells terrible, and no one is welcoming or friendly. If you can do anything about it, don’t let your loved one go here. “Rehab” is a stretch because there’s not much therapy going on here.

I am a current patient trying to get out of this version of hell. This place is so dirty and smells like urine. The food is pretty bad. Most of the staff is rude and condescending to the patients. Patients made to sit in dirty diapers for hours at a time which can cause a UTI and skin issues. You are made to feel like you are doing something wrong when asking for just a glass of water. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I only hope those that are treating the patients negatively can learn from these types of experiences personally. DOH will be next on my list to contact once I am able to get out of here.

Only 5 starts for Amy the ADON she’s amazing and the only person who really cares about the residents. The PT AND OT therapists are also awesome people who really want to get the residents better

my uncle is a resident there right now and I will be pulling him out as soon as I can. These people are disgusting. They're absurd they make no sense. They don't know what they're talking about. They wanna kill people instead of helping them. My uncle made the broad statement that if you don't get off the rehabilitative floor floor number one you go to floor two you're just there to die that's sad then I called to get transferred to this ADODDON whichever you wanna call her they don't answer. They don't return. Call Dave and admit themselves at the facilities. Poor I will be making a trip tomorrow to Troy so if your family is in here, I would do the same thing get your family out of this Place

The place is not an acceptable facility. Some of the staff are very caring but they were working with minimum supplies. It is not their fault. I give them credit for staying. The owner and office workers were not knowledgeable. This was last year. The Social Worker did not have a degree in Social Work.
