Every single person in this office has been a delight to be treated by. Dr. Eggenberger is excellent at dentistry, but also bedside manner. I feel like she really *hears* me when I talk about my concerns or uncertainties, and she addresses them perfectly. Dr. Zhu is stellar, too! She’s so personable and warm- we chatted before my procedure, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. During the procedure itself, it was obvious she’s incredibly skilled. I could just tell she was doing an excellent job. All the work I’ve had done at this office has healed perfectly and given me no problems at all. They just do a great job all around! They took me and my boys in stride. My boys were especially rowdy this morning for the new space and they made them balloons and did everything they could to make them comfortable. My appointment, before there’s was great. They have interesting new technology and made sure to explain every process to me. Great office.

All of the staff I met on my visit were warm, professional, kind, and comforting. I definitely found my forever Dental office!! I get a lot of anxiety when I think about going to the dentist. They were all so kind and comforting. I almost forgot where I was truly a great experience.

Having recently relocated to the Everett area, I looked for a dental office close proximity to my residence. Through my insurance provider, I discovered Colby Pacific Family Dentistry. Colby Pacific was able to accommodate me, on short notice, for a comprehensive examination. I was very impressed by their state-of-the-art imaging system, as well as the warm and friendly staff, who made me feel welcome. It was if I had been a patient of theirs for many years.

Wonderful office staff! The front desk ladies were friendly and welcoming. The Dental Assistant was great! The dentist was also very friendly and explained everything. I wasn't pitched any unnecessary services. Place was immaculate. Highly would recommend this Dental Office!
