Check-in through website was easy. Inside of facility looked good. All staff members that were there that morning were nice and courteous (front desk, technician, and physician). Visit was quick, quick assessment and interview. Physician explained what medication he was going to order for me to my pharmacy. He was also a Rammstein fan, so that's always good. I don't always go to urgent care, but when I do, I'll likely come back here.😁

Excellent all around! Visiting from Chicago I seemed to have brought a virus with me. I expected a long wait time and to be overcharged (as I mentioned I’m from Chicago) instead I was taken in immediately and the issue was resolved in less than 10 min. The staff was excellent. Ivy is amazing! Beautiful heart and a pleasure to talk to. Made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you so very much! I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and I even got a few fishing hot spots from Ivy!

The lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She got the information she needed to process our insurance and then got us right in to the PA. The nurse ask us the required questions to give to the PA. The PA was knowledgeable and caring. She reviewed my condition. She prescribed me medication to treat my condition and sent us to our pharmacy for the medication. They worked as a team with customer focus. Great Job!

I made an appointment through Solv because of a suspected UTI but arrived late. The receptionist didn’t scold me and was very pleasant. I only waited a few minutes before being called back where the nurse took care of my initial concerns. I was soon seen by the doctor who called in a prescription. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.

Made an appt for 9 and was out in less than 20 minutes with follow-up orders. Lindsey Eisenberg PA was quick, direct and calming. I live in Iowa 90% of the year and have never had this type of service ever. Would recommend based on my experience.
