We love Dr. Lindsey. I have trusted this man with the most important people in my life since he was a young new Doctor in Conway. He was compassionate and caring when I lost a child to leukemia as a toddler. He has seen and treated my family for many years. He now sees my grand children with the same care and concern. He helped us thru a very difficult time when my 6 yr old granddaughter was born. She continues to see Dr. Lindsey and she loves him. Health care has changed over the last few years and there are times when it's not convenient to wait., But, what I am waiting on is worth the wait. There were times when WE were the extra sick kids added to their full schedule. We have never been denied getting a sick child in to see him. The staff has always been kind and helpful from chec

The nursing and front desk staff are horrible. Every time I try to call to speak to a nurse regarding my Daughter, they have me leave a voice mail and return my calls days later if they ever even bother. There is no follow ups from the staff. The wait time is also ridiculous because they mix well baby visits with walk in hours, so with or without appointment you will be waiting more than an hour. It also took the office 2 months to send a referral over for my daughter, and we had to basically beg them to even do that. The only positive is that I like our doctor, he seems to do well with our daughter.

The WALK-INs they claim to take are ONLY if you are a CURRENT PATIENT. That is important information left out on your website as of the time of this review. Hope that gets changed so others don't WASTE their TIME too. Office staff said their doctors won't see another doctor's patient. Simply put, if your not doing walk-ins...don't post that you are.

Dr. Lindsey is the best pediatrician. He is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced. His staff is friendly and helpful and have been there many years. I trust Dr. Lindsey and am grateful he has been my three children's pediatrician their entire lives. They are all off to college, now, and one of my sons wants to be a pediatrician like him!

Wait times. You need to wait between 1-3 Hours for wait times. I do not know if they have emergency care but you may need to go to the hospital for immediate care. The staff and the doctors are great! The only thing wrong is the chairs, bring something soft to sit. And how long you have to wait to see the doctor. If you are in the room, you may need another 30-50 minutes until the doctors is ready! But this place is great but 2 things
