Make sure to keep track of all your billing and payments, They have sent me one for shipping charges from 3 years ago. I think this is fraud , all my bills were paid in full and I never authorized any freight charges

Just look at: BBB Coastal Medical Hawaii Yelp Coastal Medical Supply Hawaii It appears that Coastal Medical had to restart their Google reviews due to so many NEGATIVE REVIEWS. They send items you didn't order. They won't take the items back. The bill for items already paid They threaten me with lawyers and collections My insurance no longer allows patients to buy from Coastal Medical. YEAH!! Just go someplace else!

I forgot my CPAP water reservoir at home while I was visiting Hilo. I left a message late at night through the website and they emailed me back the next morning verifying that they did have these for sale. I was able to go and purchase a replacement with no issue. Thank you for helping with my issue.

Scam artist! Please beware. Their automated phone service will only take you to voicemails with zero call backs. Setting appointments is next to impossible. Recently had a “technician” hang up on me. They will claim that you are non compliant and try to bill you for 3-5 times what the device costs. Use any other medical supply. Do research! Other reviews from different users of this company have similar complaints
