Club 32 Dental Caldwell

Club 32 has been one of the best dental places I have ever been too. They talked through everything. They made sure you are always comfortable. They try to get to know you so your more comfortable around them which is a good thing. I have never met more of a respectful place

This is the dirtiest dental office I've ever been to. In their defense I know they were moving offices, but dang close down for a day or two. I felt uncomfortable. However the Nampa location is very clean, welcoming and I love the dentist there. The reason I am writing this though is because I want to warn others. When the female dentist with an accent cleaned my teeth she scraped one area so hard that I'm still having pain and sensitivity 6 months later. I went to another dentist who told me she scraped the enamel off my tooth. She mistook my tooth slightly crossing over the other tooth for plaque and scraped so hard my eye watered. Not the mention my new dentist said I don't have plaque build up and it should have been easy to tell the difference. So my tooth is permanently damaged. I am

The dentist was very skilled and delicate with her work and did an excellent job. The staff are all very kind, courteous and accommodating. They worked with us to get my husband's teeth taken care of and that was no small task considering he is very high anxiety with dentists. They did everything they could to make him comfortable and get the work done the way he wanted. I'm very thankful we found Club 32 Caldwell and highly recommend!

I really really wish there was an opportunity to give no stars. I went in for a consultation I then was told I had to wait a month and a half for my appointment. I show up to my appointment with no prior knowledge that they had lost their main provider and that they were closing until they could find another one I am beyond shocked with those unprofessional this dentistry office is. I would avoid this office at all costs, and would highly recommend finding literally anywhere else.

Webpage is a disaster. They ONLY schedule using their website, which wouldn't work for me. They are only open Wed-Fri & only half days on Friday. This is the ONLY Medicaid dentist in Canyon county for adults. My kids were booted out of their pediatric dentist and this was their only option. Their own website doesn't even list their address. When I tried to Google it, it wasn't easy to find, there were about 6 other choices that came up first. (Not even local) I had to call to get an appointment scheduled since I couldn't make it online. Once we got one, I got spammed with texts daily! I had to fill out paperwork online, which was a pain to figure out.
