Clovers Compression

Victoria was great. Unfortunately, the owner, Jason, was anything but. He misquoted a price and, when confronted about it, repeatedly told us we didn't have to buy from him. It's not the price that was the issue. It was Jason's complete unwillingness to handle the situation with professionalism or even empathy. His reaction might have been expected at a car dealership or if we'd been buying shoes at the mall but not in an office providing for a medical need. Avoid this place if you have another option.

Customer service was hit or miss. Teresa gave me great customer service but she was the only one. I spoke with several other members of the team one of which had no idea how to help me and gave me misinformation the other, Emil, completely mortified me over the phone and made it sound like the size of my lymphedema arm was the subject of the office joke. He could not remember who my physical therapist was but he could remember the size of my arm. I know that I am seeking a sleeve from this company because I have lymphedema of the arm but I did not need to be embarrassed over the phone and made to feel like it had been the talk of the office. Love this place Emil really help me to get the leg wraps to help me
