DON'T GO HERE!!!! Poor customer service. I went for a contact lens exam. After having tried 3 different prescriptions over several weeks and they still haven't gotten it right. And want me to travel to they're location (It is a 2 hour drive from my house, one way) to try do another fitting and charge me more. Dr. Lee appears to be an incompetent doctor and not willing to make this customer happy.

I can say without hesitation that Dr. Valerie Lee is the best optometrist in Knoxville. The state of the art equipment in her office is surpassed only by Dr. Lee's exceptional care. It's a rare combination when your provider is both friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee took the time to make sure I understood every aspect of my eye exam and addressed all the questions I had along the way. Her attention to every detail, wamth and expertise have made this a great experience. Just Vision provides high-quality eye heathcare. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough about Just Vision! We were warmly greeted by Katrina. She calmed my anxious daughter’s nerves when we came in. We then got to talk with Valerie. She was so kind and patient. She answered all of our concerns for our daughter. She did a thorough examination of my daughter. I will definitely come back for the rest of my family in the future!

Really like just vision! They don't try to sell you junk. The office staff do a pretty good job. Dr. Lee takes the time to explain things to you. She seems knowledgeable. She's the first eye doctor in 23 years to ever tell me about the bruder's mask for dry eyes.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Lee. She was thorough, attentive and friendly. She took her time with my exam and listened to my concerns. Probably one of the best optometrists I've seen, and I've been going to them for about 20 years. Her staff is fantastic as well and I enjoyed meeting them.
