Cleveland Clinic Outpatient + Urgent Care

$661 for a rapid flu test, $984 for a covid test, $640 for a new patient visit, $150 facility charge. That is $2435 total for a 25-minute urgent care visit! Seriously? Also, the red headed male receptionist was rude and rolled his eyes at me and said "oh god" when he asked about travel and I told him that I had traveled to NY over Christmas. He also never put my insurance in the system, so I know I won't have to pay that full amount but to bill the insurance company that much is INSANE. No wonder there are so many clauses and restrictions and premiums have gone up so much. I will not be back to this money hungry facility again. (I will say on a positive note that the CNP and the nurse were VERY kind and professional)

Absolutely horrible care and decision making on behalf of the medical team there - clearly they do not care about the patient and would rather see them in excruciating pain rather than deviate from cookie cutter protocols.

First time here, everyone was very friendly and helpful!
