This is a true customer review. I was not compensated for it. Quick, friendly, professional service. All the staff go out of their way to treat our cat like their own and us as pet parents like good friends. Specifically: They showed the utmost respect when we had to put our 18-year-old down. Dr. Poling has often called after hours with a comforting or urgently needed test result. It must be stated, if you haven't been there in a while, they completely renovated their patient care area a year or two ago, making it look more professional and providing a lower stress environment for pets and their adoptive parents alike. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place and the animal and human care they provide.

Without a doubt the whole team is first class! Everyone you come into contact at the clinic is kind and helpful. They really understand high levels of customer service. Thank you for taking care of my pup Zoe!

The Dr's and staff are great and we've always gotten in and out quickly-no long wait times while your cat or dog builds up anxiety. There is a door in which to enter and a door in which to exit on the other side to minimize interactions between animals. The exam rooms are a bit small, but adequate. They have flexible hours such as evenings and Saturdays. Highly recommend this clinic.

The staff and Drs are very friendly. I drive a little over an hour for our cat whose health has improved greatly after going here.. I can’t say enough good about the clinic.

We have been coming to Avon Animal Hospital for over 30 years. We love the vets and staff here. The are kind, compassionate, and caring. They treat our pets like family.
