I really liked Dr ward during braces however when braces came off and my son who is ocd was not happy with results . At first Dr ward was nice about it but he grew frustrated and tried to avoid meeting with us to discuss and when he finally did he didn’t even give us a chance to have an adult conversation before belittling my son blaming him and getting angry and telling us he is done with treatment . I only expected him to continue to follow through while in retainers to try and address my son’s issues as best as we could but instead he told us we were welcome to go somewhere else (after we paid in full $7,000-$$8,000 for braces . Now he has abandoned any further treatment . Paid tor night guard that I never received hurt and dissapointed how we were treated in the end

Dr. Kevin really cares about his patients! Any questions I have had about my treatment are addressed directly and professionally. His entire team has made me feel very comfortable throughout my process. I would recommend this office to anyone! Very knowledgeable staff, and you can tell they all want the very best treatment for all of their patients.

I had a great experience at Ward Orthodontics today. Dr. Ward was extremely informative, kind, and very patient throughout the entire visit. Dr. Ward took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Ward and his staff are fantastic! I have one child currently in braces and another had a consult today to evaluate the need for braces. They are very thorough, make my kids feel at ease, explain every step of the process, and never push treatment unless absolutely necessary. Highly recommend Dr. Ward and staff!

Today was my first visit to the office. Every staff member was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! The receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient from scheduling my appointment to answering all of my questions. Jackie was amazing! She explained the process and what to expect during my visit today and what the next steps would be for my particular needs. I look forward to working with them. I highly recommend this office!
