I do not recommend this office in Avon - I scheduled my appointment as a procedure visit because I had an area that needed removed and specifically asked for a doctor or PA so it could be done - I was 6 minutes late because I went to the apex skin dermatology that is next door not realizing I was at the wrong office - they rescheduled my appointment, Dr Spatholtz told me I would not be charged an office visit. I paid my 40$ co pay for my rescheduled visit and they billed me another 40$ - I tried several times to have them fix the issue and they refused to amend the bill even after conference calling with my insurance - the office manager is very rude and very unreasonable and now they sent me to collection - I will never pay that bill- don’t use this office in Avon

I have been a patient for roughly 10 years. Unfortunately, I don't feel that I received a thorough check for my annual examination. My mom, dad, and sisters have all had to have pre-cancerous lesions removed so I am very aware of the importance of the annual skin checks. I have been through dozens of annual skin checks and this one felt very rushed and not thorough at all. Edit** I have just received the bill and the false report of my visit from this office. They claimed that they examined my scalp and that I refused a check of several areas of my body. That is absolutely not true. My hairdresser was concerned about a lesion on my scalp and wanted me to get it checked out. It was never even looked at even though the report says it was. And I never declined any inspection. I highly recommend this practice. I see Dr. Gould for annual skin cancer checks and another skin condition. I started seeing Madison Moore for addressing some of the skin texture, color and milia issues that have bothered me for decades. Both of these ladies are great! Office is very friendly and efficient start to finish each appointment.

Dr. Laleh A. Bedocs is truly the best physician I have ever seen. She treated my daughter’s skin issue with compassion and persistence, ultimately eliminating the problem in a timely fashion. Thanks to Dr. Bedocs, my daughter now has confidence once again.
