Clear Vision Express

Even as a walk in, I was taken in pretty quick. Doctor was very friendly and was very knowledgable and explained everything well. Only thing I did not like was the machine that was used to check my eyes (the one where you place your chin and forehead on) was not cleaned/disinfected before or after me.

My experience with the Dr was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. However with the optometry team is another story. I went to go pick up my trial for contacts, a women with glasses (she’s new) helped and let me know how much my quote would be for the 6 months or 1 year. She let me know I can use my insurance or my father insurance to pay for it and I said perfect so I am eligible to get them correct and she said yes. A week passes I called clear vision optometry to place the order for my official order of contacts. A man helped me out but he told me I was not eligible, so of course I got upset because why did the women tell me I was eligible then for the man to tell me I am not????😒 misinformation! You need to learn to check everything correctly before giving out misinformation smh

Excellent service, where super patient and understandung even when I kept saying the glasses didn't fit me right. Very much recommend them have a lot of choices to chose from and some very good prices

I was informed that my glasses would be ready for pickup on Monday, so I arrived yesterday at 6:30, only to discover that they were not ready. I was advised to return at closing time, around 7:45, and assured that they would be ready then. However, I have returned today and was told that it will be another 30-40 minutes before they are ready. I am surprised and disappointed by the delay.

Excellent experience. Doctor was very kind, knowleageable and easy to work with. Staff was very professional and curteaous. A++++++ service. 5 year in a row getting glasses and contacts here for my daughter. Never had issues. Highly recommended.
