This was my first time ever seeing an audiologist, and Dr. Keito Omakawa was wonderful to work with - very patient and great at answering beginner questions. I came in because I’m a light sleeper and had relied on foam earplugs for years, which were uncomfortable and unreliable. I wanted something more comfortable and better for long-term use, and the custom sleep earplugs here have made a huge difference. Truly an incredible practice filled with amazing people. The two ladies at the front desk, Heather and Samantha, were friendly, pleasant, and helped me get checked in quickly. Jaime, the audiologist who helped me with my cleaning, was out to get me quickly and had a friendly demeanor as we chatted about my issues. The cleaning went by without a single issue and I was impressed with the quick, effective procedure and the convenient technology they used to clean my ear. I was in and out in 20 minutes after a thorough cleaning and had an incredibly pleasant conversation with Heather and Samantha about dogs before leaving. I will be back again for my next cleaning, thank you so much for the incredible experience!

I had a great experience at the audiology clinic with Dr. Jaimie, who helped me with stubborn ear wax removal after several failed OTC attempts. She was patient, tried multiple techniques, and provided stronger drops to soften the wax before a follow-up. At the second visit, my ear was cleared in just 5 minutes! Dr. Jamie was friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions. The clinic staff was welcoming, and the process was smooth. I highly recommend this place!!
