Clear Choice ER

I brought my son in who wasn’t feeling well, and everyone was so kind. From Annette at the front desk, to Nurse Denhi, to Dr. Chester, and everyone in between, we had a wonderful visit. Wait time was minimal, and everyone was so friendly. I appreciated the attention given to my son. Definitely recommend Clear Choice ER!

Very disappointed with the care my husband received at Clear Choice Emergency Room. We went in on February 15 around 10:00 p.m. due to a high fever, severe headache, and overall illness. They performed basic tests, told us everything was negative, and said it was likely just a virus. He was given a steroid shot and sent home. His symptoms worsened, and we later went to another ER in Laredo where they conducted more thorough testing. After additional follow-up and lab work, they were able to diagnose the issue, and he is now recovering. It’s concerning that he did not receive a more thorough evaluation during our visit to Clear Choice.

Came in with a cut required 2 stitches, I’m not a huge fan of needles but they were able to calm me down and they were super nice! beyond excellent hospitality!

Annette, Denhi and the doctor on staff gave amazing service. No one wants to go to the ER but it was a great experience for my daughter. She walked out feeling better and the waiting experience was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Clear Choice!

Clear Choice Emergency Room I want to sincerely thank the amazing team at Clear Choice Emergency Room for their outstanding service during our recent visit. Steph, Denhi, Jessica, and Leslie were absolutely incredible — they attended to my daughter with such friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care that it immediately brought us comfort during a stressful moment. We originally thought the situation was something serious, but thanks to their calm and positive energy, everything turned out to be something simple — and actually pretty funny in the end. Their patience, warm personalities, and reassuring approach made a huge difference for our family. Thank you again to the entire team for turning a worrying moment into a positive experience.
