Mariann always helps my poor tense muscles feel relaxed when I come for a Swedish massage! She's very knowledgeable about essential oils too, which I love! If you need the tension and nasty knots worked-out, she'll work her magic to help you feel relaxed! The infrared hot sauna is a great little addition that I've enjoyed using too to help me with detox as well!

Mariann is awesome! One of the best massages by far. She has a great technique and the thought and details that go along with the massage make it even better. I thoroughly enjoyed the use of aromatherapy oils. I left the massage relaxed and invigorated at the same time .

Dr. Michelle has been my chiropractor for the last 7 years. I have so appreciated finding her. I feel great when I go to her regularly, and when I don’t and I get all out of whack, she knows exactly how to adjust me back to good health. She’s very flexible with her time, really listens to what is wrong so she can make the proper adjustment, and is very personable and empathic to whatever you are going through.
