CityMD Levittown Urgent Care - Long Island

The staff are very professional, black ice was the reason that took me here. Victor was very helpful and his Spanish was on point as well as Dr. Frank. I will recommend this office forever, thanks again and you are doing a great job.

I had a virtual appointment with doctor maria yesterday at 12:57 and i had 104 fever, the doctor said the medicine will be there at pharmacy around 3, i went to pick it up around 6 and they said, they did not sent it yet….i called them and asked about it and i also requested them to change my pharmacy, so i went to another pharmacy and they said urgent care did not sent it yet, i called them again and the lady over the call said, we sent it to the pharmacy u gave us initially, okkkkk, i went there again, and the medicine was still not there, what a disgusting way of treating the pateints, a person who has 104 fever has to drive around to get the medicine which this urgent care do not care to send. Please do not go to this place, if you have an emergency, because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

I never saw anyone, the self checkout wasn't working properly, the staff were not helpful. I have insurance and it wasn't coming up, they couldn't confirm because the website was down, and no was reachable via phone. I have been to other Urgent care that we're able to help me find the correct information, this Urgent care the front desk staff looked and acted as they didn't want to be bothered. I feel unwell and left because coldly they ask me to pay out of pocket $250 when I have insurance. I left and went to another Urgent Care where they treated me, show me respect. I feel very under the weather and should be taken care off. I'll never go back to this Urgent Care.

Hurt lower back and Dr. han was suprised I can even get out of bed. He gave me 3 days of light dutyfor work and I work in a warehouse. It took me a hour to put on socks today and I'm doing lifting on a daily occurrence at my job. I go there because it is local and every time I leave that place I wonder why I even go there because EVERY TIME it is a pure fail and wonder why I even go there.the dr said to come back in a few days (I'm in pain now). I am starting to think citymd is like minnesota daycare fraud

Both of my daughters went to City MD within 5 days of each other. The first one had all the symptoms of the flu yet the rapid flu test came out negative. They said it was obvious she had the flu regardless of the test and gave her Tamiflu. The second daughter, upon catching the flu from the first one , went to City MD 4 days later with the same symptoms. She saw a different doctor Sanderov) who refused her the Tamiflu because the rapid test turned out negative. Today we got the non-rapid test results which confirmed she has the flu but it is too late to prescribe her Tamiflu. I am so frustrated with City MD for their poor care of my daughter. My family and I will not be returning.
