Review: one star (Because zero isn’t an option) If you’re looking for a place where you can pay a premium to be told the sky is neon green while someone vaguely waves a q-tip at your general facial area, look no further. This urgent care is a pioneer in the field of “guesswork medicine.” I went in with a throat so raw that it looked like hamburger meat. The "medical professional" approached my throat and didn’t so much "take a culture" as they did "briefly introduce a cotton swab to my tongue.", with the precision of a blindfolded person trying pin the tail on a donkey. I’m fairly certain they gathered more data on my lunch than the bacterial colony currently hosting a rave in my tonsils. Naturally, I got a "negative" result. Would give 0 stars. Negative stars. They owe me stars. Terrible dirty horrible place. Doctors are awful and the nurses are even worse. If I was dying I’d rather die than be made to further suffer the incompetence of these people. Bet.

This is my first time to leave a comment to a hospital/urgent care. I sprain my ankle and be told Hoboken CityMD is the one has X-ray on Saturday so i went here. Dr. Hong is the best ever doctor I have ever met! She is patient and talk every points with easy words as she knew i am not a native speaker. She is willing to help adjust the crunches and also make sure i got everything i need for the specialist referral. I was exhausted by my previous experiences in the referral process in the America health system but this time it went through so smoothly! And also the nurse is super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

i went here yesterday not felling well. They took my temp and it said 98 which i knew was wrong. I told here that i had just taken it and it was over 100. when she left the room i saw she had a manual temp gun on the counter. I used that and it came back at 100.6. I let her know when she came back in. that was issue #1. I was disgnosed with the flu....I asked for a note that i clould give to my job, I didnt check the letter until i got home, and it did not mention me having the flu.....it basically said i could go back to work when i had no fever. For my boss, that isnt going to cut it. I called them back and asked for the manager, i got Crystal. She asked if i got my discharge papers that stated I had the flu when i left. I just went there this past weekend to get a strep test. Confusing experience. My rapid test came back negative but doctor was assured that it was strep from exam. Then I was ask specifically did I want the culture sent to the Lab and I said yes, especially if I was going to be put on heavy antibiotics. I just checked with them and they never sent the culture to the lab.
