City Pharmacy

City pharmacy has been my choice for several months now. Having met my needs regarding what meds are available to me, patience and consideration when I have a question (especially one i struggle to articulate), the option for delivery as well as the individuals who deliver allow for convenience and generally brighten my day to some degree.

They ALWAYS have my prescription ready darn near right away. I was using a different Kroger pharmacy before here and I every time I had a refill they were either out of the medication or didn't have the amount needed for the entire refill. I have never ran into this problem at Citi Pharmacy and feel confident I never will. Also, if there's ever an issue they are quick to resolve it and get you in and out smoothly!

I recently contacted City Pharmacy to make some inquiries about vaccination. Amy was so kind and proactive on the phone. When the vaccine came in, they worked into the night and even waited an hour for me to drive from Cabot, despite it being well after their normal business hours. The gentleman who administered it was kind and informative. I will certainly be returning and I think you would be well served by taking your business to them.

I switched to City Pharmacy from a national chain last year. I have yet to be disappointed. They consistently provide SIGNIFICANTLY better service than grocery store or drug store chains. Every interaction with them leaves me surprised at how amazing they are. Switch to local today!
