Circle the City Pharmacy

There ppl lighting fires behind the building all night. I’m assuming it’s your clientele. I’ve seen you use the abandoned parking as a waiting area. It’s the same ppl everyday. There are 7 different camps that are lined up behind the office; all openly doing drugs and fighting. We hear screaming and dogs barking all night, and the smoke from their fires comes into the apartment windows. I’m glad you are helping the community, but letting them openly do all this is not helping; It is just enabling.
