Christy Baze

Thank you, to ALL the Ladies at the Hurst Family Medical office. I have been going to Dr. Baze and the NP Candace Day, for several years, since covid I believe. This office has the best staff. Every time I go for a doctor visit, I am greeted very warmly and treated like a long time friend. I love how everyone there smiles! They are all very patient with me and kindly answer any questions I have. Noone has ever been rude or short with me. This has given me alot of confidence in the care and services that I receive from them. Really, thanks yall!

I was not happy with my primary care doctor and changed my insurance to Dr. Baze without visiting her office. I got the most bizarre call from Kelly today, from her office, telling me my insurance had chosen Dr. Baze and I needed to call them and change back to my original doctor. I kept asking questions and she kept telling me more and more strange things. She said if I wanted to stay with Dr Baze, I had to make an appointment so they could get my "codes". I asked what codes are you talking about, she then said she would get someone to talk to me, put me on hold for several minutes, then said I could make an appointment whenever I wanted. At this point, I no longer wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Baze and will try my luck with another primary care doctor.

Dr Baze is very professional and caring. I can hear and feel the empathy in the way she speaks to me. Actually, the whole clinic is like that. Also, Dr Baze have the best phlebotomist ever to walk this planet earth; not even the slightest pinch. My wife was a patient before me. She gave me the referral and I'm glad she did.

Please listen up everybody. I just came from an appointment with Dr. Christy Baze and I am here to tell You, she and her employees are sincerely, the most thoughtful, helpful, but professional all at the same time. I have always been able to count on them even After Hours and on weekends imagine that!!! You can’t say that about every one in that profession she is in Hurst, Texas on precinct Line Road across from the big Walmart store. She is always happy to be there for you and so are her employees if there was a 10 star rating I would’ve given that but there isn’t and they are most definitely not paying me to say all this, but it’s worth it to speak up on everyone’s behalf, that needs a good reliable and dependable doctor Please give her a call for your next search for a PCP You wil

Kelly the receptionist sounds completely put out by having to answer the phone. I found Christy Blaze on Aetna's website as in networking doctor taking new patients. I guess Kelly can't be bothered with a new patient on a Friday and informed me they're no longer accepting Aetna patients.
