CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills

I was hospitalized here a year ago when I needed an emergency gallbladder removal and now back again a year later because it’s now my mom whose been hospitalized. We went to the ER on 12/10/25 & she was taken care of right away. She had stroke alert and her blood pressure was extremely high. The staff was quick to take action and she was admitted to ICU for more testing/observation. Still currently here as we wait for MRI results which we had to wait an entire day for due to so many patients needing it but I completely understand as my mom is in healthcare too. Just want to say the staff here have always been amazing especially the Filipino nurses & doctors who go above and beyond. I knew my mom would be in better hands here than greedy Methodist Hospital who only cares about surveys.

My husband‘s quality of care was outstanding. Hospital physicians are the best . gave us such great information and then all the sixth floor staff, including Tyson, Lauren Alisha, Marisol, Maria, especially and David .kudos for you all to have such a great staff. The cafeteria is very very well managed the little clerk that cooks is outstanding. You can’t say enough good things of this hospital. This will be our hospital of the future. We received very prompt care in the emergency room, especially from Tim that directed all our care for my husband. and don’t forget Michael that transported my husband from the room to surgery. Wonderful attitude.

I can’t thank Christus Santa Rosa Hospital enough for the incredible care I received. From the moment I arrived in the ER until the day I was discharged, everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. I came in with 5 fractured ribs and was immediately taken in and treated with the proper medication and care for a smooth recovery. I stayed for 9 days, and while I was very close to needing lung surgery, thanks to their excellent treatment and monitoring, my lung healed on its own without surgery. Dr. Vitale, along with his team of nurses and other doctors, was absolutely top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and the level of service and even the catering were excellent. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you to the entire team

I gave birth on October 4th, and I can confidently say that my experience at this hospital was amazing! The Labor & Delivery department was absolutely incredible. Dr. Cajas is truly one of the best OB doctors I’ve ever met! Caring, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. I can’t remember all the nurses’ names, but I want to give a special shoutout to Angela, Leslie, Vivian, and Tara? (I hope I got that right!) They were all so cheerful, patient, and compassionate! Truly the best team anyone could ask for during such an important time. In postpartum care, nurse Sara was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hospital to others!

I recently had an unexpected inpatient stay at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital Westover Hills, and I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible care I received. From the moment I walked into the ER through discharge, I was treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. While I did have two isolated experiences with night shift staff that were challenging, the overwhelming majority of my care was exceptional and made a lasting impact on me. The ER team was efficient and attentive, and the transition from the ER to inpatient care was smooth and well coordinated. I especially want to recognize John, RN in the Emergency Department, for his calm and reassuring presence during what was a very stressful time.
