Horrible service. I came with my daughter to the ER. We've been waiting for almost four hours without being seen. Important note: When we arrived, there were only two patients waiting to be called in the waiting room. They're too slow; there are hardly any patients waiting. And the nurse who just came to check on us didn't even check my daughter's name on her bracelet. I had to tell her myself.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care we received at CHRISTUS Health. Dr. Javier Monagas, MD, and Dr. Jack Hachem, MD, Pediatric Gastroenterology, are truly among the best pediatric gastroenterologists in town. Both are highly experienced and knowledgeable, carefully correlating symptoms to arrive at accurate diagnoses. They explain everything clearly and patiently, understand the stress parents go through, and ensure we feel confident and informed about the treatment plan. They are also wonderful with children — listening attentively, interacting warmly, and making them feel comfortable during visits. Dr. Christopher Westgarth-Taylor, MD, Pediatric Surgeon, is one of the best pediatric surgeons. He is highly skilled, experienced, and truly compassionate. He takes the time

They really are doing their best to take care of their patients. I don't often leave reviews, but my wife and myself had a good experience. The supervising head of staff came and spoke to us about the nursing team and the treatment received. She was concerned about our overall well being at the hospital. This was our first time experience at Christus Children's Hospital and it was a blessing. Each one of the nurses that assisted my wife or our newborn gad a great bedside manner. I am recommending, if possible, to my people (friends, family, co-workers, etc.). I was pleasantly surprised.

Very ignorant staff and Herlinda one of the staff Members there on fourth floor for babies and delivery called security on me and my two teens because their restrooms are way on the back from the waiting area and she came out asking where I was and my 13 and 14 year old who literally are minors but I can’t take them in the restroom with me who literally walk to school by themselves we’re waiting in the waiting room till I came back. My 14 year old and 13 year old were threatened by this lady Herlinda intimidating them talking to my minor children to bring security asking them personal questions and saying I would have to leave and my children while I was waiting for my daughter to give birth after my daughter wanted us there present when she was having the baby. My daughter had hip surgery last week and I have nothing but gratitude for how she and our family were treated while there. She was hospitalized for 4 days and everyone from the kindest doctor/surgeon we've ever met, Dr. Tyler Stavinoha, the anesthesiologist Dr. Miranda, and to each nurse who were always very attentive and super nice to my daughter: Amri, Maggie, Miranda, Sydney, Cambrie, Ms. Zepeda. Special thanks to the housekeeping as well for always being so helpful and kind to us. Everyone sure made us feel at home and brought my daughter great comfort. And last but not least, the labrador Marcus, who brought my daughter from tears of pain and anxiety to big smile. Thank you so much Christus Children's! ❤️
