Front desk not professional with scheduling new patients. I was recommended this doctors office for dental work by a family member for their quality work, however once arriving I was told I must be lost and in the wrong office, then once I asked to be scheduled in as a new patient she was rude to me regarding a question I was asking a family member next to me. She impatiently said “you are an adult use your own number” and then could not give me an estimate range for filling a cavity. Go to the health department where they are able to give pricing and listen to your concerns. I can not review the Doctor, however the front desk was not helpful addressing my concerns or questions. This doctors pricing for a new patient visit is 300-400 dollars with unknown pricing for fillings, they do not

Doctor and staff is very caring and always pleasant. Patient care is their first priority and the dental work of Dr. Dirig is amazing. Thanks to this office my family and myself have healthy smiles again. I recommend this office to everyone because they go above and beyond.

I meet Dr dirig when he 1st opened his practice over behind Lowry drugs he is the best and most professional dentist I have ever used. I only quit going to him cause I had other problems now that I have got my life back together I will start using him again. When he did my root canal life 15 years ago he never once hurt me I can't wait to start using his services again.

I fell in love with this office over 5 years ago. But Dr. Dirig just took it to another level. Yesterday I had two fully grown wisdom teeth removed. They were the largest and most sucked looking human teeth I have ever seen. He popped both those suckers out in under an hour and I was back to my normal routine almost instantly. Hardly any pain, 12 hours between standard dosing of ibuprofen and it still didn't hurt.

Dr. Dirig and his staff are above and beyond any other dentist office I have experienced. Dr. Dirig is professional but also down to earth and relatable. You feel like you're visiting friends when you have an appointment in his office. I drive from East Mooresville to his Statesville office to see him because we feel so cared for and a part of his extended family. There's no way I would go anywhere else!
