Very worse. No knowledge about health care service. December 4 went for PPD test. Told me if it is positive you have to come back and do the x-ray here. We do not do the blood work in urgent care. After 48 hours reading my test on December 6 at 6:35 Doctor PA without the measurement told me I am positive. I said, can you measure my taste? She said I am not the doctor I am PA. I said can you do the x-ray because my test is positive? She said we do not do the x-ray here. Sametime secretary name Amber she said we do not do the blood work either. Actually, my wife did PPD test here and she did x-ray in urgent care same place after PPD test came in positive. I’m attached the receipt to. After arguing Amber told me OK will do the bloodwork but anyway it will be come positive. Just pay $140 right

I'd rate these guys a 10. This place has it all: Great staff, clean operation, knowledgeable doctors and staff. I will recommend ChristianaCare-GoHealth to everyone who needs help. Place has got personable staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Basically they were all happy, energetic and smiling. I had a quick visit with not much of a wait for service. Staff called the prescriptions in for what was ailing me and I basically picked them up on my way home. I had an important, but nice and quick visit to confirm and provide a solution to my problem. My doctor was from India, smart, friendly and had a beautiful accent; she sounded as if she was speaking flowers, if flowers was a language, upbeat, musical, friendly, etc. I am glad the place is nearby.

The Receptionist asked for my insurance, I gave Aetna Medicare. She asked for $45 co-pay. I gave my Visa to cover the co-pay because I did not have enough cash on hand. The medical staff were friendly. They could not find my problem. My blood pressure systolic was 200. I did not take it before my visit. They gave me water to take my BP medicine and discharged me to see my doctor to fu on the urine culture they sent to the lab. They should not have allowed me to leave with a BP of 2oo systolic. The Aetna Medicre that I presented on arrival was ignored. Instead they were going to used my Visa as the primary medical coverage. That's what was presented on the Internet the next day. I called to have them correct this error. To used my card that way without my permission is xxxxx. .

I give it a 10/10 the staff was amazing with me they served me quickly and friendly. I had a cut on one of my fingers and needed 5 stitches. I would definitely arrive again, they do a great job.

The facilities were clean and not crowded. The assistant was very proficient, personable and kind. So was the doctor. They kept me safe in my time of need.
