Worst pharmacy around. Do not recommend. Does any of their employees know what they’re doing? Any of them?

I am in the company for years and I get hydration every 2 weeks and you'll always see that oh maybe she needs or hydration. They act like okra this didn't come up until May the 6th knowing that I needed it by the end of this month. And they're making excuses because they called one office and didn't know who I was and I'm sorry it's ridiculous. I'm very disappointed cuz now like I say I have to feel like crap all weekend long

Biotek puts the patient care first. They are ready to address any issue and resolves them quickly. Andrew is very caring and helps my daughter through the worst crisis she's faced. Carl, Lorna and Nicole also provide great service. Thank you for your dedication.

Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. They are very good about working with your schedule understanding your needs and being professional and kind at the same time I would highly recommend these this company, Sherrie Phillips, Chesapeke, Virginia.

It was a comfortable experience. Even the employees I talked to over the phone were great at getting everything set up. The staff on site was transparent and explained everything in detail to me. I could tell that they all really care about what they're doing and they all did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed throughout the process.
