Jennifer explained everything thoroughly. Although I never had depression until I walked in your office to see a man on a stretcher like he was dead. 1st impressions are lasting impressions so maybe those on a stretcher should be put in a room and not the waiting room as that is when the gloom & doom set in. Also it took me 15 minutes riding around in circles as your building 12 is not easily seen unless you pull in the turn around drop off. I could not get any one to pick up the line either. Dr. Lobis is truly exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate bedside manner were outstanding. He took the time to thoughtfully answer every question from my family, ensuring that we all left feeling informed, confident, and comfortable during this important phase of my mother’s care. We are sincerely grateful for the attention and support he provided and would highly recommend him without hesitation. From the front desk staff to the nursing team and Dr. Lobis himself, every interaction reflected a high level of professionalism and care. It is truly an excellent practice.

There new offices are very neat and the staff are very friendly. I saw Dr. Glick and my appointment was at 11:45 AM and the appointment was very timely. I had very little wait time. Dr. Glick answered all my questions and explained things so that I could understand them. I'm very happy with how everything went and will use there services again.

It was my first time at the new office which is further from my home. The handicap parking is further away than at Helen Graham as well. There were wheelchairs available which I need. The staff was very helpful and kind including NP Abernathy. She had a care plan established and the visit & waiting was short. I was very pleased with the visit and reassured that there will be a plan set forward for my issues.

I had an appointment with Dr. Wang but saw several of the Brandywine staff members beforehand. Mary, Sarah, and Ashley were professional and put me at ease for my upcoming procedure. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. You could tell they cared about their work and wanted their clients to feel comfortable. Dr. Wang was very reassuring and skilled as she performed the procedure. She has a compassionate nature and listens to her patients concerns. So happy I found Brandywine Urology!
