I had an excellent experience with Dr. Waithe. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Waithe took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly and compassionately. They were thorough, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate their professionalism and genuine care.

All in all, the visit was ok. The initial reception was kind of cold. They were strictly business. No smiles or friendly manner. The physician assistant and doctor were pleasant and professional. The facility was close, convenient, and not crowded. An emergency room would have been crowded and the wait would have been much longer, therefore I recommend the facility.

Paid a $100 copay and was not able to have my problem treated properly because the tools that they needed were at another location. They didn’t want to refund me at the site for the copay of allow me to go to their other location who had the tools without paying another copay fee. Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the problem and out of $100. Very unprofessional. Waiting for a response from management for a resolution

Provider was very caring & full of great experience. She understood the issue & explain the questions. She went extra mile to make sure we were taken care of all of our questions/issues. Staff was also very helpful! Thanks

The male receptionist was very rude, condescending and passive aggressive. I don’t tolerate disrespect, so I left. The wait time was too long as I already booked the appointment…I would not recommend this place and I will not return to this location. Nothing about this place is urgent and there’s no concern for the patients.
