Crescent Dental Associates

I had a great experience at Crescent Dental in Bear, DE today. Today’s visit was easy, pleasant, and very informative from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. This dental practice should truly be a model for all dental practices.

The entire staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. I have a terrible fear of the dentist but they made me so comfortable. I had extensive work done and they did an excellent job making me feel more comfortable. They also give you free whitening that is amazing.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. A and the entire dental team. Everyone was so kind, patient, and professional. The office was clean and welcoming, and everything was explained clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!

I give it a 3 because i feel like the male dentist was unnecessarily rough. He took my wisdom teeth out and was literally pulling my head towards him like my face was touching his body. I wanted to think that maybe i was exaggerating because my left tooth came out easier than my right but i told him that i felt all the pain on the right side where he was standing. Once I let him know that i still felt the right side of my mouth, he just went ahead and gave me another numbing needle and immediately after he started prying my tooth out not even 5 seconds later I kid you not. On my left I had a dental assistant who was very nice and caring. She even wiped my tears and held my hand. In one instance she had asked him for a tissue, he said “for what?” ( to wipe my tears). I was recommended by my sister (Maribel S). This was my first visit at this dental office, Dr. Shah and the office team were amazing! They treated me with kindness and answered all of my questions.
