First time at Kool Kuala and it was a nice experience. Had both of my children go in at the same time and had their cleaning done at the same time! We were in and out in 30 minutes. It was fast but they were also caring in the process. I think that was good to get in and out and not over think the (dentist appointment). My 5yr old said she enjoyed the whole thing (her first time) and my son 10yr had not the greatest experience with his last and he wasn’t scared for this appointment and did well! Thank you guys!

we love kool koala. My son had breastfed until 2 years at night and had developed milk teeth on the front. Kool koala put on two crowns and my son is 5 now and they are in great shape and he is cavity free since. The dentists are awesome, quick and knowledgeable. Miss Loraine is an angel. She is gentle, kind, patient & funny. My kids end up NOT wanting to leave the office after we are done and the front staff are so welcoming about it. The front staff is helpful, caring, thoughtful, patient and understanding when it comes to rescheduling no matter the reason. We have had to reschedule the morning of simply bc my son did not wake up in time and was way too tired to attend and they scheduled us same day at a later time with genuine kindness. We absolutely LOVE Kool Koala!! There beyond friendly, accommodating, and above all extremely helpful for all ages. We have a son who is Autistic and he is thriving now at the dentist because of there love and support. Kool Koala will be the one and only place we ever recommend!!
