This place is truly amazing ! I had the most amazing experience here. Schedule is extremely flexible, everyone here is so genuine and amazing. They truly care about your recovery and want you to get back to your best self. The staff, I can’t say enough amazing things about them ! They have a kids area which is amazing and has so many toys ! They make you feel like a part of the family there. I HIGHLY recommend this place ! Thank you to everyone there who helped me through my journey !

The front desk team checked me in quickly and made the process simple, and all the staff were patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Dr. JACK took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for—not rushed. The facility was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which really put me at ease. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines compassion, expertise, and great customer service, but this center truly does. CAIC is more than an injury center. The people that work here are fantastic and make going to PT enjoyable. They are always supportive, checking on you and encouraging. The owner is wonderful at explaining injuries and how they affect the body short and long term. If I need therapy in the future, this will be the only place I go to. 10/10 recommend for your recovery.

Dr. Jack and his staff are truly amazing. I was a new patient and did not know anything about chiropractic services. Dr. Jack made me feel comfortable. He helped relieve the pain I was in from a car accident. His team is kind and friendly and very accommodating.
