Dr.Malarchick was very compassionate, kind, and efficient. They knew I miss my dose of medicine so they let me go home as soon as they found out. They were wonderful as far as that when it was a little slow in the waiting area or I will give them five stars. My nurse was very kind as well and efficient with everything. Unfortunately, I'm home and still in a lot of pain, but if I would have stayed they probably would have taken care of me. That's my own fault. Maybe I need to carry a little medicine around with me.

I would not recommend going here. I have sent an email to the president. The balance between the severity lvl of a patient vs first come first serve should be way more balanced. I arrived here at 8:41 pm and it is almost 3:00am. The staff is rude. There have been two fights since I been here and they staff doesn’t give updates on where you are in the lineup. This experience has been nothing but dreadful and terrible. The woman at the front desk Selena didn’t show an ounce of empathy when patients explained their concerns. She even laughed with an off duty nurse at the front desk this is unethical and there is no CARE shown. They are short staffed…maybe. The staff is rude to you when you want an update. DO NOT GO TO THE ER

Omg I went to get a mammogram after therapy I was so heartbroken I wasn’t crying or anything it’s like they felt what I was going through; lost my cousin to breast cancer last month it’s so rough and this alone the visit there today they gave me chills I wasn’t crying tears of joy how that staff made me feel today I never felt so loved they gave me great encouraging words and a beautiful white rose I’ll never forget the love shown toward me today’s I love cnw hospital

Yesterday I was taken by ambulance due to hemorrhaging, blurry vision, and dangerously high blood pressure. Because of the seriousness of the situation, Florissant’s EMT team declined to take me to my hospital of choice. On arrival, I was placed in the waiting room with other patients. My mom arrived soon after and noticed I was becoming confused and asking random questions. When staff rechecked my vitals, my blood pressure and heart rate were still high. I recall blood being drawn, and I reported numbness in my face along with a worsening headache. The nurse acknowledged my complaint but only asked my mom if I had a history of headaches. I came into emergency tonight and Porsche was my nurse, when I tell you this lady is an angel I mean she was the kindest nurse I’ve had and she made my visit feel so welcoming and like she genuinely cared about what I was going through, she was super friendly we had a great conversation ! This women deserves a raise and a promotion!
