The team at Chiro 1st Capitol Hill is top notch! I started with Dr. Michaels and transitioned to Dr. Pat after his departure, but the level of care I received exceeded expectations. When I started receiving treatments I was fearful of adjustments and in quite a bit of daily pain. Between the adjustments, Dr. Pat's versatile knowledge about movement and wellness, Jay's attentive teaching style, and Delaney keeping us all on track, I've made considerable recovery and hope to come back for "touch ups" in the future. Coming in three times a week in the middle of the work day was a huge commitment, but to obtain a more positive outlook on your future mobility it's worth it! P.S: Ask about their pup adjustments!

I was referred here to after an auto accident and I will say Chiro 1st Is absolutely the best. Jay is very cool to talk to while you stretch yourself out after you see Dr. Mike. Dr Mike has helped me a lot with my posture and also my digestion has improved a lot. An Dr. Mike will help you understand how your posture and your digestion will affect the body.

I fully recommend this practice to everyone! The staff is very kind and helpful, and Dr. Patrick Gorrell always takes the time to clearly explain what he’s doing and why. He's clearly very knowledgeable, and each visit feels exactly like what you need—he consistently has a great read on what’s going on with my body, double-checks with me, and adjusts the treatment based on what’s actually happening rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I was initially skeptical about committing to a multi-session package, especially since the X-rays didn’t reveal a clear cause for my issue and everything appeared to be in pretty good shape. I had severe neck pain and lower back pain and very bad posture. After the whole series of chiropractic and physio sessions, with regular exercise and stretching, I don’t have pain anymore and my posture has improved. This takes time but it is worth it. It also requires personal discipline to stay fit during the course.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now for low back pain, and the progress has been noticeably great. By staying consistent with Dr. Michael’s adjustments and working through PT with Jay, my symptoms have improved. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to help you get back to feeling your best.
