let me say i have been taking my kids to see Dr Liu for about 12 years now , i have tried other doctors for the kids and its nothing like Dr liu and his staff ( that's why i have been here 12 years), they are friendly and take their time with us i never feel rushed .my kids actually look forward to going to the doctors they have been the best , the offices are always clean . if your looking for a great Doctor and staff this place is the one .

I took my children to Dr. Liu while living in Chino and we were always very happy with him as a doctor as well as the staff at the office. We never had a problem getting in for sick visits, and although the wait can at times be long to be seen once you're in the office, the care received was always top notch. Anyone looking for a pediatrician I always recommend Dr. Liu.

Sad to say the frond desk doesnt seem to improve. Check out my tiktok to see ... Been with Dr Liu for over 15 years, but horrible front office staff has caused a change in Dr. Absolutely rude, in person and via phone, non empathetic which makes them seem unable to maintain a basic quality of care standard. Sad to go great Dr but your staff represents you also.

I came to Dr.Liu's office to get a second opinion for my daughter when her first pediatrician had overlooked the fact that my daughter had sleep apnea. He took one look at her tonsils and was shocked at how large they were! He sent us to a specialist and due to insurance mix ups, it took alot of back and fourth communication between the front office staff and I. They were very helpful and very patient with me!! I was so happy to find a pediatrician who truly addressed my concerns and I am happy to say that we have found our pediatric home!! I am soooo glad my sister-in-law recommended Dr. Liu!! Dr. Liu is by far the best pediatrician I have ever had. Takes his time with patients explains thoroughly everything. Every time I leave his office I know that my child will be ok. Also one of the things I love is that all staff are professional and very helpful. Dr.Liu has an after hours exchange line so at any time day or night if ur child needs him he will be available. Highly recommend Dr. Lou the Best in the I.E
