Children's Urgent Care

I have been bringing my children to this urgent care for the past couple of years and, until recently, was always very pleased with the level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. Today we had the very first appointment of the day at 9:00 AM, yet we were not called back until 9:22 AM. What made this even more frustrating was watching the nurse walk past us in the waiting room shortly after 9:00 AM to pick up a Chick-fil-A DoorDash order. It certainly appeared that our appointment was delayed for personal reasons rather than patient care. Once we were finally seen, the nurse was cold, unapologetic, and unprofessional while taking vitals. My daughter cried during her BP check because she said it was so tight she couldn’t feel her

We scheduled an appointment for medical clearance paperwork to be completed. Prior to completing registration and paying the $30 copay, I specifically asked the receptionist whether a “medical release form" could be completed. The form was taken to the back for review, and the receptionist returned confirming that this is an service they provide. The reception staff and nurse were fantastic—kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, it was disappointing how my daughter was treated by the nurse practitioner. The experience did not meet the same standard of care and compassion we received from the rest of the team. The patient, an 11 year old child attempted to explain her medical situation, but was spoken over and referred to as “sweetie,” which she found dismissive and upsetting. She

This was my son's first time here. I made an appointment online and we were see within 5-10 minutes after arrival-during flu season. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and PA's were very kind and informative. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time we have been there (one time for each kiddo) and both times were excellent experiences. Professional manner from the front desk to the treatment room. In both trips, we hardly had any wait. We really appreciate that your office came along.

The entire staff was very welcoming, warm, and friendly! Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing and everything you would want as a doctor!! I felt actually heard and like my concerns were taken seriously. She was very thorough, discussed everything with me, and interacted with my child perfectly!! I wish she could be the doctor for our whole family!!
