CHI St. Vincent Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic

First, I want to say. I will miss my awesome doctor from this clinic. Today, billing called me and threatened me with "Collections" over $10. NOT $100., but $10. I am seen there 3 to 6 times a year. They are paid at the time of service every single time. I'm not sure how I had a bill for only $10, which I paid today. But I will not be back. I hope my PCP can handle my issues the way my Endocrinologist did. If you're thinking of coming here.... read ALL of the reviews that will make you think twice.

Love the doctors and nurses but billing and admin staff or systems are crap. Takes months to posts bills. But if you forget one for more than 30 days BOOM massive late fees.

Shipping patients to the hospital for infusion sucks. If you are a rheumatology patient needing infusion meds I'd go elsewhere. They are sending us to the hospital across town since they closed their infusion room.

I have been getting infusions here for many years. Two days before my next infusion I received a call saying they couldn’t serve me anymore because the referring physician wasn’t part of St Vincent’s. I’m not sure any they couldn’t have given me more notice so I can set up infusions at another facility. They are not a very patient advocate. Bad business tactics.

The Nurse decided to make an appointment for me without letting me know about it. I get a text message the night before to let me know that my appointment is the next morning so………. I call the next morning to let them know about everything I just wrote above. I let them know there’s no way that I can make that appointment that short of a notice. They decided to bill me a $25 cancellation. I have NO intention of paying it or ever paying it. The nurse should be responsible for that not me as I didn’t make the appointment. I’ve gotten 4 bills so far for it and I sent the last one back and wrote on it to give it to the nurse to pay. I will continue to dispute this bill until it is taken care off. Something fishy about this place.
