I came to the ER 3 weeks ago and they transported me to main hospital for emergency surgery. It was a pleasant experience despite my excruciating pain. Then my friend came to the ER and I went with her for a concussion and they took wonderful care of her as well. I definitely recommend this facility in all aspects and my cousin works here!

Our week and a half at St. Vincent Hospital was one of the hardest stretches of our lives, but the nurses and staff there turned it into something we could get through with dignity, comfort, and hope. From the moment Jerri was admitted, the level of care, compassion, and professionalism we experienced was extraordinary. Every nurse who walked into the room treated Jerri not just as a patient, but as a person they genuinely cared about. They were gentle, patient, and attentive—always explaining what they were doing, always checking to make sure she was comfortable, and always treating her with respect. Their kindness made an enormous difference during a time when she was incredibly fragile. The staff worked together seamlessly, and you could tell they took pride in doing things the right

In, and out for partial knee replacement surgery is fine when you live close to the hospital, some of us live pretty far away from an outstanding medical center. Very concerned over patients safety (but not enough to keep you hospitalized when common sense says to) All while telling how important is it to keep the operated on leg elevated that first day. Was sent home with a female driver, someone who wouldn’t molest me while under surgery drugs. All good positive points! Loved that! However the van that I was required to travel in, had my leg being exactly where they medically did not want it positioned for the 3 hour ride home! You know because is blood clotting risk. They say it cannot be down for very long. Why would the hospital negotiate a contract that allows for an unsafe contract

I want to compliment patient registration, Krista and Audrey. They went WAY above and beyond for us. Our PCP never faxed over the orders for our test and kept faxing to wrong number. They made 4 phone calls until they finally got the order! They kept us informed the entire time. Great customer service!!!

We have used The Diagnostic Clinic and St Vincent infusion unit. I am really impressed with the infusion unit as well as the staff and nurses. It is excellent. That being said I am upset that my wife couldn’t get her infusion for her Rheumatoid Arthritis in December. We got our November treatment a week late because or illness. So we called about getting the December treatment which would be 28 days later. We contacted the Diagnostic Clinic where scheduling occurs. Then we contacted the infusion I t at St. Vincent about her treatment date. No one could find anything about the November treatment and we were asked if she would mind missing the December treatment. Not getting that treatment is a big deal for arthritis patients due to extreme pain for a month. You would think they would have b
