Haven't been there but have a doctor with them in Winchester. I moved closer to Richmond in the past year and recently injured my neck. My wife tried to set me an appointment up with them because it's a lot closer than Winchester. Well a receptionist called me and declined me as a patient because they couldn't prescribe controlled substances. Basically accusing me of searching for drugs. And when confronted with that she back peddled on what she said. I told her they were just closer and I need my neck check out and refered to someone for an MRI and I didn't need any meds from there doctor. But she kept bringing up meds and that they could refer me to pain management. Not one time did I ask for anything like that. Now you couldn't pay me to go see them. I'd rather just make the drive to my

Dr long is and has been my Doctor for many years. Always concerned about my health and always tries to provide excellent health care and sends me to speaclist anytime he feels the need to help with my healthcare. He has my appointment set up as quickly as possible and his staff is very professional and will call and check up on any of my needs. So I have full confidence is Mr Long and his staff. They have always been nice to me. They are great healthcare providers. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else

I have been increasingly disappointed with the level of service over the past few months. On one occasion, when I needed a prescription refill, the wrong medication was called in—a different antidepressant—which led to significant complications and weeks of dysregulation. Resolving the issue required several calls and considerable effort on my part. More recently, when another refill was needed, the pharmacy was unable to get a response from your office. It took four calls over three days to address the matter. While I understand that mistakes happen and everyone is busy, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable, particularly in the context of mental health care. I am unsure whether the root cause lies in staffing, record-keeping, or communication, but this pattern of errors and delay
