Friendly, efficient, and professional. I've driven 60 miles from Carlisle, PA to this location multiple times to see Dr. O'Reilly. He performed a greenlight laser procedure for me and the whole experience was as pleasant as possible.

Awesome experience. Dr Angel was amazing. Direct, to the point, discussed all the options, treated me with respect regarding my medical back ground and listened to what I actually had to say. Would highly recommend.

As always, the office staff and providers are the very best. They were pleasant, helpful attentive, and empathetic. Rounding out there attributes, they were knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was right on time. I was moved thru a multi-step process seamlessly. I had not met my PA before. Nonetheless, she was familiar with my history as well as my current conditions. I finished with a clear and understandable plan of action. There was nothing they could have done to provide a better experience.

I would just like to say that the entire experience was great, beginning with the person I spoke to on the phone yesterday morning. She couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful, and patient. I so appreciated her thoughtful questions about my condition and her concern. Despite being a new patient, I was scheduled for the next day for an urgent appointment, which I could hardly believe and appreciated so much. It seems appointments these days are only available months in advance no matter how urgent your condition. The third wonderful thing is that I actually saw the physician, not the PA. This is another rarity. He couldn’t have been nicer, and I felt truly cared for like in the old days of visiting our family physician. My dad is so happy to have found a urologist here in Westminster. Dr. Levin was perfect for him. His Spanish is excellent, my dad can understand him perfectly. The staff is amazing! 100/5 stars!
