Dr Warren and his staff are amazing. I was a walk in and they they worked me in with no problem. They made time for me in their busy, packed schedule. They reassured me that everything was ok and sent my prescription to my pharmacy. Fast easy and professional. So thankful

I drove from out of town for this 1 yr follow up. I didnt have my medicaid copay for $4 and was told I have a past due that was written off in 2017 for $50. I promised to call and pay by phone on 1/20 because I get a monthly long term disability ck. Bothe the receptionist and the mgr shelby refused me service 1 they are not suppose to turn away a medicaid recipient due to none payment of copay. 2nd they turned me away for a debt of another dr that is not in that office from 2017. Showed no compassion in their tone, facial expression and body language. I will not go back. This is my 1st time every receiving medicaid for disability and I have had the worst experiences with a lot providers because of it. I am retired from the medical field and I have never worked with a provider that treat

I arrived timely at my appointment and my wait time was minimal. My exam was thorough and the staff were all friendly. Questions I needed to ask were answered without hesitation and in terms I could understand. I’m looking forward to next year’s appointment!

I’d love going to this office. The people, the nurses, their attendance detects everybody is just so nice and professional. The office is clean and well kept. I’ve never had an issue with going to this office. Dr. Warren is exceptional. I simply love his technique he has excellent bedside manner. He zips through that office wasting no time, but very professionally, not cold or callous, but sensitive and caring, and you feel it. Dr.Warren is a an expert in his field. He is patient and willing to answer questions. I never feel rushed out of my appt. Staff is amazing all around.
