We have a Ukrainian family who just arrived in Knoxville on Easter weekend. The 18 year old had braces put on about 7 months ago and needed to be seen as she has been suffering with some pain and discomfort. A local dentist referred us to Dr Bowles's office . I was overwhelmed by the kindness and the expertise of the Doctor And the staff. They were patient and Proactive in taking care of potential Problems for this Ukraine refugee! I highly recommend!

Dr. Ryan Bowles is the best!!! As much as I wish I had taken care of getting braces earlier, I'm very thankful that Dr. Bowles was the one who helped me with this procedure. He was so thoughtful and calming with all his experience and knowledge. He never got tired of my incessant questions, which settled my frazzled nerves being at the dentist. Dr. Bowles also kept open lines of communication with my regular dentist and other specialists to make sure my braces process went smoothly. Much like a symphony conductor, he kept everyone on pace and moving forward. Anyone who gets antsy at the dentist but wants/needs orthodontia, please ask for Dr. Bowles.

Fantastic experience after 1 year of braces for our 7/8year old. We will be back for our next 2 children as well. Always on time and efficient - Dr. Bowles (and team) has taken such great care of us. Grateful to be in community with them here in Hardin Valley.

Dr. Chance has always listened to any concerns I have had for my children. If there seemed to be a problem stopping him from providing care, he will find every way possible to make it happen. He truly goes above and beyond. His staff are very friendly. The office is kept very clean. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
